Before you decide to adopt one of our ferrets please be aware that we have some of the strictest adoption requirements in the area and require a home inspection for all ferret placements.

There are no ferrets up for adoptions at this time:

Our primary purpose is a medical one dedicated to ferrets. As such most of our adoptable are going to be special needs. They are either going to be older, have personality quirks, or the beginnings of a medical problem. Because they are special needs, we are very strict about our adoption policies. You don't have to be a ferret expert, but a medical background of any type, or an ardent desire to learn the intricacies of ferret husbandry will certainly be helpful.

We also try to maintain a list of people having ferrets who need placement and people looking for ferrets other than from our shelter. This is primarily a referral service and as such, we can not vouch for the age, condition, etc for any of the parties involved, two legged or four. We will however, be glad to act as an intermediary.
